Browser based first person shooter, free to play
Kryve is a browser based first person shooter. No launcher, no 50GB download, no account. Click and you’re in a training building with a squad that has already spotted you.
Most first person shooter games in a browser are either very old or barely a game. This one is built to be played properly.
How to play
- WASD to move, mouse to aim, click to fire
- Shift to sprint, Ctrl to crouch, R to reload
- Hit the score target before the squad does
The drones aren’t standing there waiting to be shot. They only see what they can actually see, so corners and cover matter, and running into the open gets you what it should. Look round the corner, take your shot, back off, go again.
The gun kicks the same way every time, so your aim really does get better the more you play.
Beat the score, then dare a friend
Finish a match and you get a card with your score on it. The link beside it rebuilds the exact same match for a friend — same building, same squad, your score to beat.
A dare you can send in a message.
Is it free?
Free, no sign-up, nothing to buy, no downloads. There’s no voice or text chat with other players.
More action in your browser
If you’d rather command an army than carry a rifle, try Korveth, a browser RTS. To slow right down, Loomlight is a daily combining puzzle.
