Playpit is made by Lamig Software. One address reaches us, a person reads it, and we answer as quickly as we reasonably can:
What to write about
- Something's broken. A game that won't start, runs badly, or does something strange. Telling us your browser and device, and which game, saves us a round trip.
- Embedding or licensing. Putting a Playpit game on your own site needs our written permission — ask, and we're friendly about it. See the terms.
- Press, video and streaming. Streams, videos and screenshots need no permission at all, monetized or not. But if you want assets or a quote, ask away.
- Privacy requests. Questions about data, or a request about your own — see the privacy policy first, since the answer is often "we never collected that in the first place".
- Feedback and ideas. Genuinely welcome. It shapes what gets built next.
Two things we can't help with
Lost saves. Game progress is stored in your own browser and never uploaded, so if you clear your browser data or switch devices, we have no copy to restore. That is the trade for asking you to create no account.
Account problems. There are no accounts on Playpit — nothing to log into, reset, or delete. If something claiming to be a Playpit account asks you for a password, it isn't us; please tell us about it.
